The delivery promise for your exact address is always shown in plain words on the checkout screen before you confirm your order — the pincode of your delivery address decides it. If your pincode is not yet in our delivery area, the app will tell you honestly at checkout and the order cannot be placed — we are expanding area by area.
2. Delivery fee
- Delivery fee: ₹49 per order
- FREE delivery on orders of ₹999 or more
- The fee, when it applies, is shown as a separate line at checkout before you confirm — never added afterwards
3. Order hours
Orders can be placed in the app at any time. Orders placed after the evening cut-off (7:30 PM) are prepared and delivered the next day. Orders placed before the showroom opens (10:00 AM) are delivered today, after opening — the 60-minute promise starts only once the showroom is open. Delivery runs 10:00 AM – 9:30 PM on all days the showroom is open.
4. Tracking
Every order has a live status screen in the app: order placed → being prepared → packed & billed → on the way (with the rider's live position and a call button) → delivered. You will also receive notifications at each milestone.
5. Gift deliveries
Gift orders are delivered to the recipient's address you provide, gift-wrapped free with your printed message card. The delivery promise is decided by the recipient's pincode and shown to you before you confirm.
6. Receiving your order
- For Cash on Delivery, please keep the exact amount ready — the amount is printed on your order and shown in the app
- A GST tax invoice accompanies every delivery — keep it; it is also your exchange proof
- If nobody is available at the address, our rider will call the phone number on the order; if the delivery cannot be completed we will contact you to rearrange (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy)
